·                                            Limit light pollution from road and structural lighting by limiting the type and directions in which lights shine

 

Objective #3     Limit noise pollution

·                     Require buffering and greenbelts

·              Limit hours of operation for activities which

generate loud, shrill or continuous noises

·                     Regulate the types and locations of uses

Objective #4     Promote and support farming initiatives

·                     Conservancy agreements

·                     Purchase the development rights and/or outright acquire the property

·                     Allow methods to increase farm income (i.e. B&B's, farm produce stands)

 

Objective #5     Preserve and protect wildlife habitats

·                     Identify wildlife corridors

·                    Obtain conservancy agreements or outright acquisition of wildlife corridors
